Option to Automatically Accept Div and IntInc Investment Transactions

I have all my investment accounts set to manually review downloaded transactions.

But routine Div and IntInc transactions are never controversial and I always accept them. I do want to review all the other types, but it would be a nice time saver if I could designate which transaction types to automatically accept. Just Div and IntInc would be huge.

The Cadillac ask would be UI to designate a list of transactions types to automatically accept in each transaction account. But perhaps a simpler global option just for Div and IntInc would handle a vast majority of use cases. YMMV.

Why doesn't the "Accept All" button work for you … after you've reviewed the transactions in the Download panel below your register?

Why? I hadn't thought of that. But it's not optimal. My investment accounts generate many dividend transactions over a month, and it's needle and haystack. I'd have to scroll through transactions (Ugh scrolling that recently "broken" transactions list) to find the ones I want to review, review them, then "Accept All" the rest. Why even see them at all? Which is at the heart of the ask.

I don't have any current transactions in that Download pane (I've already accepted them for today), but I believe that you can click on the column headers to sort that pane (as you can many places in Q) to arrange the txn. Sorting on the Action (or security) columns should bring together all of the items of the same sort for easy and quick review.

I agree with this ask. I have 10 accounts that I keep current weekly with accepting transactions manually. Then on the first of the month, I have to enter each one to accept the lone Int/Div transaction for each of these accounts separately. Open account, click accept, wait to process, click done, rinse, repeat.
