Why does Quicken keep losing the split details for some of my memorized payees?


I've seen similar posts to this and Quicken staff never seem to address this. You're charging a premium for a SAS, so please make your software work properly or go back to a pay once system.

What info do you need to figure out this bug of yours?

    Do you use QWeb or QMobile? You're probably, unintentionally, downloading those txn from them … it's a known bug for which the only current remedy is to quit using them.

    And, we're other users … so it isn't OUR bug.
