Nothing changed at my end, including Interest rate, automatic payments, etc.; only the mortgage holder. How can I change the payee without redoing everything?

Should not be complicated. Thank you everyone. Please help!

How are you making those payments? And, are you downloading into the account (which isn't recommended)?

All payments have been automatic. Nothing changed. RoundPoint Mortgage bought the mortgage from Flagstar Bank. That's all. Same amount of money coming out, except it still records as if it's from Flagstar. I thought I might be able to change the name on this end. Thanks for asking.

@Dick Gerry do you have a mortgage payment reminder set up? If so, would you be able to change the payee name there?

@Dick Gerry "Automatic", but initiated from what FI? The Lender, or your bank? Or, whom? What's the actual process?
