United Health Care Issue

In June 2024 UHC started dividing the premium for my wife and my supplemental medicare health plan into two separate payments. I used the existing payment info and modified it and named it with the appendage DMF. When I tried to set up one for my wife which I appended BLF to differentiate them, I am getting an error message when I try to access the UHC website from within Quicken. How to FIX?

What's that error message/code. Tough to tell you how to fix when you don't disclose the problem.

How are you paying these? Mine are direct debited from my bank, so I never go to the UHC site. The transactions come down from B of A.

Please clarify what you mean by "modified it and named it with the appendage DMF". I'm not visualizing what you mean by that.

The bills are autopay thru Bank of America. This was set up on the UHC site. The previous amount was roughly double because it included both my wife and I. Now UHC has found it necessary to bill us separately for whatever reason. To keep the two payments separate I added my initials DMF to the end of the payment, and my wifes Initials BLF to the end of hers so I could keep them separate. Since the original payment was under my login credentials, I modified the payment amount, and that payment is working as it should. When I try to establish her payment in quicken autopay, UHC will not recognize her login credentials even though if I log in the UHC (NOT thru quicken) I can get right in.

I'm not sure why you're talking to the UHC site. I get my transactions via Quicken One Step Update from B of A and it works fine. We simply get 2 transactions now instead of 1. The UHC site is not and has never been involved for us except for initial setup of which bank account to draw from. Why is it involved for you?

And to keep the payments separate, I use Tags, as in Insurance:Health/Rocket and Insurance:Health/Natasha.
