CC-502 - Cannot get into SLS Specialized Loan Servicing. (edit)

For the last few days, I have been getting a CC-502 when I try to update my SLS loan. I know they have now been bought out by Shell Point, but I can't find Shell Point on the list of institutions. Is anybody else having this problem?

Well, they're still showing as active under that SLS name:

Thank you so much. I went to the website and confirmed my ID and password, but Quicken still gave me the 502 error.

You said this has been occurring for the last few days. Can you be more specific?

If this has been happening since this last Friday evening or Saturday then it's very possible that they are doing some system maintenance. And, yes, it can and does sometimes happen over the entire weekend, especially when there is a merger/acquisition in process. My own credit union is undergoing system maintenance from 6/7-6/11 for a major system upgrade and I am getting CC-502 so it can sometimes (rarely) last longer than a weekend.

If it has been happening for longer than this, then as the Support Article state, wait one business day and try, again.

If the issue still is not resolved, contact Quicken Support via Phone or Chat: https://www.quicken.com/support/#contact-support .

I will be patient, Boatnmaniac, although it's never been my strong suit. LOL. Thanks for being there, as usual.
