One Step Update hangs and freezes (edit)

I've reported the bug several times, transaction download hangs indefinitely. I've used both support sites and the chat bot and found no information other than that the response time on the requests has long passed and there is not longer a contact page link.

is quicken still being supported? (also the JavaScript on this page has errors and I cannot select the correct category)

    Try reading here to see if this may be your problem.

    If so, it fixed for my by disabling online for one financial institution at a time and re enabling them until back to normal.

    Quicken Jasmine - It hangs, that is sort of the same a freezing, there isn't an error pop-up, On the One-step update progress dialog it gets to the "Updating your data" and shows the status of "Transactions" with the downloading arrow.

    The logs and other information can be found in the tickets I submitted through the Quicken menu, but there doesn't appear to be a way to check the status of those.
