Still no connection with Chase credit accounts?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Ongoing now for the better part of a year…Quicken still won't connect to my Chase credit account for auto updating of transactions. I go through the process of Quicken taking me out to my Chase account, logs me in and then authorizes the Chase account for connecting to Quicken. Chase responds that the account is now authorized to connect with Quicken. Takes me back to Quicken where then a pop-up acknowledges the Chase account but the only option available is "Don't Add to Quicken".
Any time line on when we might expect this to be fixed? Thanks.

There's a recent FAQ on this situation that might help:
When you're attempting to make this connection, are you deactivating ALL the Chase Accounts in your file, including hidden Accounts?
