Use a specific memorized payee

After adding ‘Use a specific memorized payee’ to the toolbar and then successfully completing One Step Update, I always get the message ‘Transaction no longer available. Would you like to redefine this icon’. I am using the most recent version of Quicken. If I do not use One Step Update, the memorized transaction works and adds it to the target account.
