    What's your filesize?
And what's your folder location? C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\Localweb\Banklist\2019
Mine took about 5 seconds to open as expected. I'm on R 57.12

FWIW, it opened fine. File in 2019 folder is dated 6-13-2024. The one in 2018 folder also opened. It had an early June date.

I've got a shortcut on my desktop to the file in the 2019 folder. Opened file just now.

Notepad is simply slow. My text editor of choice is vim. It opens fidir instantly. Of course it helps to have vi hard-coded into your fingers.

Mine last updated two days ago this afternoon on my Mac (I was looking at the wrong one), it looks fine. I always open it in a spreadsheet since it's a CSV file, it's a lot easier to read with the columns broken out.

I always open it in a spreadsheet since it's a CSV file, it's a lot easier to read with the columns broken out.

I had never tried that. It can be easier to read, but it took me about 5 minutes to arrange the columns to be readable. Looking at the plain text is easier for me.

Whoops, my mistake, it's tab separated not CSV.

weird - all others open ok except the bogus Hex 00 one that was downloaded -

Also - now have this weird new UNZIP file - from 6/9 -

just copied the good FIDIR from 6/5 into/over the bogus 6/9 - and will watch for future downloads..

FWIW, I no longer have an Unzip folder. Can't say when that stopped. My guess is the hex Unzip folder is a leftover from a corrupted OSU where the fidir.txt file did not get unpacked properly and then the folder deleted.

Might be time for a clean install.

very weird - just deleted all the Hex 00 files from 6/9 -

just downloaded and installed R56.9 - and now have a new FIDIR that is good -
