R57.12 Backup fails
Would Quicken please allow us to download the prior version from R57.12 to fix the download problem to use until you produce a permanent fix?

You can download previous versions of QWin here:
.After you've downloaded and saved the file of the version you want, double click on that file to open & run it. It will down-rev your Quicken R57.12 to the version of that file.

there is a discussion and Alert on this topic -
it appears a HotFix was issued as R57.16 - which fixes the Backup problem -

I see the R57.16 HF is not yet available as a Manual Patch Update but it can be downloaded/installed from within Quicken (Help > Check for Updates). It is also an update option for me from the OSU Summary report this morning.:
