First time user AND so many issues connecting accounts - Customer service can't fix; HELP

I purchased the desktop software on June 18, 2024. My TD Bank and Morgan Stanley accounts won't Sync correctly. On the banking side, TD&MS you have to allow 3rd parties to retreive data, which I have done. I spent 1 hour last night with customer service and they told me they are having a lot of problems with the new version.

Also, I can't connect with ACORNS as well.

I'm using Windows 10 desktop. Also, the App won't sync. Sheesh!

Do I just ask for my money and to go another Company? How is Monarch? Anyone have any feedback? Thanks.

sorry you are having so many issues just starting -

Help us with some details about each situation - any messages, errors, things not working as expected, etc -
Also - the word SYNC is used in the Quicken world
as a way of connecting the Quicken desktop to the Quicken Mobile App & Quicken Cloud -

Do you mean downloading of transactions from your banks - or Linking - ?
and yes - some banks require you to Authorize 3rd party computer/digital access to your accounts - ie Quicken via Intuit servers -

    TD Bank - ?
    MS ?
    Acorns ?

There were a few error messages, I don't remember them but the Agent was screen sharing with me last night and wrote them down on her side. She is trying to expedite my issues.

TD Bank - it won't sync to the mobile app

MS - won't sync to mobile app or give me the correct balances on the desktop version.

Acorns - won't even connect and download transactions.

Acorns doesn't work - I've been down this road. From what I was told by Tech Support was that Acorns doesn't support the connection method Quicken needs for Investment Accounts. Don't waste your time here; track it separately.

I can't speak to the others, unfortunately. FWIW, my TDA switched to Charles Schwab, but I don't think that has anything to do with the banking side.

@FlackLLC We REALLY need the exact error message(s) in order to provide any meaningful help. Otherwise, it's all guesswork and "20 Questions".

Also, please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us the BUILD of Q that you're running. There have been multiple updates recently, and "new version" could refer to any one of them.
