How do I get the div income and unrealized gains etc to come into Quicken using Investor360

I have all of the categories selected (_DivINC, Divx, intinc, etc) and the income is not coming through (it used to). Did receive a popup "one or more of your investment accounts has the position only attribute and has been excluded from this report. You can use CUSTOMIZE to manually include these accounts but some data needed for the report will be missing". ??

    This is a complete shot in the dark, but that popup suggests, to me at least, that one of your Accounts might be using "Simple" investing?

    Thanks, looks like investor 360 no longer supports the complete Tracking method :(
