How to edit loan payment

I need to change the account that a loan payment is being made from. I already deleted the old one. Now I can't figure out how to schedule a new payment for the loan. I'm in the loan and I see the Edit Payment button, but I don't see a way to schedule the transaction or to specify what account it comes from.

In the loan Account click on Payment Details > Monthly Payment edit > Edit Loan Reminder then change the "From" Account.

    Please try this:

    1. Go into the Loan Details view of your loan register. Click "edit" as shown in the image below
    2. Click Edit Loan Reminders button
    3. Now you can change the "From Account" to your new checking account name

Ah, yes! I have always used reminders to pay my mortgage so the alternative of using a memorized transaction instead completely slipped my mind.

ok, figured it out. I had to set it to Loan Reminder on another screen, instead of Memorized Transaction
