How do I change the text color on the planning page green/red bars from white to black? The white is difficult to read.
Just to clarify … you are talking about the Planning tab / Budgets view when the view is set to Graph view mode, correct?

You can't change this. You can submit an idea to be voted on to allow for this by going to the Home web page and selecting New Post → New Idea.
