Can't accept downloaded transactions

I had an idea to move all of the transactions in this account to a new one. But I get a warning like this one. Why does it think I'm deleting a transfer?

The problem with the "Move transactions" procedure is that it won't move reconciled transactions without complaining.
    As a workaround,

    • first select all transactions which you wish to move and which are already marked reconciled
    • click on one of the now highlighted transactions and change all transactions from Reconciled to Cleared.
    • Select all the transactions you wish to move.
    • click on one of the now highlighted transactions and select Move transactions
The transactions will now be correctly moved to the new account register. Transfer transactions will be correctly updated to show the new register name as the From/To transfer account
    • Switch to the new account register
    • Select all these transactions
    • Click on one of the highlighted transactions and select to change status from Cleared to Reconciled.

    Done.
Make sure the new account's Opening Balance transaction is correct (balance correct, oldest date in register, occurs only once in entire register)
You can now delete the old account register.

Are there any transfers in the txn that you've selected? To/From what accounts? Why do you want to move these txn?

I think I figured it out. I went and did a find/replace in the source account.

I'm moving them so I can delete the original. Nothing I do will get rid of this phantom downloaded transaction.
