Updates Set Data Back a Month

Each time I update Quicken, all of the transactions for at least a month disappear so that I have to go back in and restore from a backup. I have seen online that this happens to others for no apparent reason. There must be some kind of glitch but Intuit doesn't seem to have a fix for it. Any brilliant ideas out there?

Just so you know, Intuit hasn't owned Quicken for many years. The new company is Quicken Inc.

As for the problem you are having, I would have to say that based on what I have seen on this forum, your problem is "rare".

EDIT: Have no idea what the problem might be, but maybe a shot in the dark might be that when you update somehow you are being switched off your current data file and opening up an older data file.

Do you have Mobile & Web sync activated?

No, mobile and web sync are not activated.

Yeah, I know Intuit doesn't own them any longer. My brain was somewhere else yesterday when I posted that. My bad.

Where is your data file located? Cut and paste the path to your data file.
