Cannot add new mutual funds

When I select the new mutual fund (Fidelity) and click done, the screen flashes and it comes back to a blank (as if I never enter a thing). I tried adding them to accounts, watchlist, etc. and it always does the same flash and then nothing.

    When that's previously happened to me, I went to my Security List in Q and UNhid all securities. Discovered that the fund that I was trying to add was already in the list.

    Q should handle this more gracefully, and tell the user what happened instead of this non-response.
