When I try to launch Quicken Deluxe on the iPhone mobile app it says there is no active subscription. What does this mean exactly? I pay for an annual Quicken subscription which is current and use it on my home office desktop.

Did something change over the years? Do i need to have some other form of a subscription now?

Quicken help has been absolutely USELESS.

Any guidance would be appreciated

In order to use QMobile you first need to set it up in your desktop application of Quicken. Did you do that?

If not, here is a link to a Support Article you might find helpful: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-set-and-sync-accounts-quicken-mobileweb/ .

are you talking about the actual Quicken Mobile App - downloaded from the Apple App store ?

if so - you should just log into the Mobile App with the EXACT same Quicken email User & password you use on your desktop -

Have you setup your desktop for the Quicken Cloud and SYNC -
selecting which Quicken accounts you want to make avail and review on the Mobile App ?

You can also check if the Quicken Cloud is setup by using the Quicken On The Web browser portal -
