Quicken Mobile & Web Cloud Sync continues to freeze

Since the beginning of May 2024, Quicken Mobile & Web Cloud Sync continues to freeze

Turning off Mobile & Web Sync allows for the update and downloading of account transactions without issue or error.

Once updates are done on the mobile app, the next time an attempt is made to Sync Mobile & Web it freezes.

Quicken Sync to cloud troubleshooting steps completed multiple times:

Validated file - no errors
Super validated file - no errors
Reset cloud data multiple times, only works until updates are done on the mobile app
Installed recent windows patch
restored from backup

    Do you really find the features in QMobile & QWeb to be worth the issues they cause? I've never felt the need to check on Quicken when I'm not at home and if I am away from home for an extended period of time, I have my laptop computer with Quicken I can check on it with.

    Now, I am not saying that they shouldn't work correctly, but until they perfect it, why fight it?

  • yes, its needed. been keeping the mobile sync off to allow for downloading transactions until hopefully it can be fixed

    EXACT SAME PROBLEM FOR MONTHS NOW WITH NO HELP FROM QUICKEN

    When trying to use mobile web sync it gets up to "preferences" and locks up.

    What can I do? I tried reinstalling Quicken and starting over but the problem persists.
