Any more than a single page of checks prints double-sided (Q Mac)
I'm using a mac running Sonoma 14.5 and my Quicken for Mac is up to date. My printer is an Epson ET 8550.
When I try to print more than a single page of checks, they are printed double-sided. I make sure the single-sided option is selected before printing, but double-sided printing happens anyway and when I next open the printer dialog it has reset to double-sided.
I don't have this kind of printing problem with any other application, so I don't think it has to do with any default settings on my mac.

Single vs dbl-sided isn't a Q setting. It's your printer that causes this.

Then you should only print a single page at a time.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

I did a test with my printer (Brother MFC) and didn't get double sided printing. I did have to turn off the double sided print option in the print window that came up after selecting the checks to print, it was on by default.

AFAIK (based on previous discussions), in Q for Mac you can define a named "Preset" for your printer, to select single-sided printing instead of double-sided and you can use this Preset whenever you print checks.
This means you're not changing a system-wide default and your other reports will continue to print double-sided as usual.0
