citi credit card downloads

i have read discussions on citi downloads but have not seen my problem. my citi credit cards are set with Express web connect and it shows CITIBank. saw some messages that said dont use that. problem is if I try to "deactivate" or "reset" it either freezes or closes the program. on the CITI end I have been downloading that way for awhile with no problems but recently when I go to export where it shows the screen with different export options where I want to click on "qxf" it won't let me click on any of the buttons, so now I cant download that way. any suggestions?
