Quicken Classic stops downloading my files for entry

I have seen posts regarding this issue but I do not know if resolved or not. Using Quicken Classic R57.16. When attempting to download my files, the Quicken icon blinks but when go into the program, the file does not populate. Contacted support and they claimed it was my bank, but no files will download from other sites as well. When attempt to then file import the file which is now downloaded to my hard drive, Quicken does nothing and no error message. I have used this software for several years now. Why this stopped the past few days I do not know.

    What bank, ask it's known in Q? And what method of download? This info can be found at TOOLS, Account List.

    All our accounts are listed in the Account List. Quicken just stopped importing any files from different accounts out of the blue. No error message is given. When doing a file download using Web Connect from our sites, Quicken is minimized and blinks, but no files are imported. When in Quicken and try to download the file using the Web Connect file import option, the downloaded file is in my PC but when click to import, nothing happens and no error message is given by Quicken. This is something that just appeared out of the blue in the past few days. Windows 10 operating system.
