Budgets not syncing properly to the ios app

Please comment if this is an issue you are experiencing.
I have spent a day on the phone with support, and we cannot get the budget to sync properly to my mobile app.
When I searched for this issue, there were multiple posts over many years. The following was the most recent one from a MAC user. I use a Windows PC and an iPhone.
I have sent the screenshots to support, and when this was finally escalated to a supervisor, he advised me to post them here as well.
