Online service unavailable for days

I have been getting an error dialog "Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least ten minutes, then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience." whenever I try to sync, update, anything.


I have been getting this for several days. I talked to a family member who also uses Quicken on a different computer and they are not seeing this happen. I have the latest version of Quicken Classic Deluxe.
