How do I avoid double counting money market accounts and cash summary?

JP Morgan investment accounts (simple investing - only option) double count money market funds and cash summary, screwing up account value and net worth calculations. I reset cash balance to zero but its overwritten each time I sync.

Any suggestions?

I'm with Fidelity, but I have my taxable account to "Show Cash in a Checking account", so there's only one amount.

In the retirement accts, I carry the cash as cash, not as a security. The Div's still download as dividends, not MMF, so still no doubling.
