Harley Davidson Visa Account US Bank

Hello

For the past several years I have been able to create a download file in my HARLEY DAVIDSON VISA (US Bank), I then click it and it would download into Quicken (Deluxe R57.26). Recently I get the message “Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download”

I deactivated the online connection with the intention of re-activating it, but now I can’t connect to US Bank to set up the account.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

When you do TOOLS, Account List …what shows as the "Financial Institution" for this account? If that column isn't visible, you can add it via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog.

Because HD seems to be currently listed as:

    Harley-Davidson Financial Services https://www.myhdfs.com (888) 691-4337 https://www.myhdfs.com/Default.aspx ACTIVE BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT

Although it's not apparent, from that listing, that "CREDIT" is supported via that FI. You might try contacting them to see if they still support Q. What account types to support is ENTIRELY the decision of the FI … not Q.

Financial Institution contains - Quicken Credit Card - US Bank. No Harley or US Bank connection seems to work.

I have never had an account at Harley-Davidson Financial Services

    Any other thoughts?

I am having the same problem. Both US Bank and Quicken say it is the other's fault.

I have had the same problem for the last couple of weeks. I have contacted both US Bank and Quicken tech support several times. Each says it is the other's fault. Quicken spent over an hour with me, sharing my screen., but no luck. They said they could do nothing further because it was a third-party

US Bank told me yesterday that Quicken informed them they would no longer support 'web download' from them. Not sure I buy that.

I've tried to escalate it to both parties but have been unsuccessful.

    Very frustrating.

It appears that Quicken is reading the FID # in the import file and blocks the process. I can assume that US Bank is no longer paying Quicken their fee for connection. The import file itself is fine.

I download from US Bank 5 days a week (Tue - Sat) at 7am using Direct Connect. My Financial Institution is "U. S. Bank - PFM Direct Connect".

If you're using "US Bank Internet Banking" that might be the issue. That FI name downloads via Express Web Connect.

It's also possible that either Harley, or USB decided to stop supporting downloads into Q. Their choice … not Q's.

I have had the same problems with downloading from US Bank.

After a lot of searching came across that you have to opt in with US bank to be able to download to quicken.

They are charging a monthly fee of $3.95.

I have the same issue with my HD VISA card. It was my main credit card, with many transactions. I'm not going to enter all of those transactions manually every month, so I guess it's time to dump that card. Sorry, but unless they fix it, goodbye HD VISA!

After hours of phone calls with US Bank and Quicken, I was told by a Quicken representative that the contract between H-D Visa and Quicken has expired. H-D Visa needs to contact Quicken to fix the problem. I have been trying to be the "Squeaky Wheel" and contact H-D Visa to spur them into fixing this problem. I finally thought I was getting directed to actual H-D Visa Personnel, but gave up after an hour on hold. This is also my main credit card and I had to enter by hand my transactions for the last two months. I think I will try again AFTER Homecoming.

Same trouble as everyone else. Both Quicken and US Bank blame the other company.

Same problem here. Both blame the other. Meanwhile we pay an exorbitant yearly subscription to Quicken. I blame Quicken. This makes it not worth the price.

Just was on with HD Visa and they thought it had been fixed. It has not been and it's back to Quicken. HD Visa help number 877-410-1758

First let me say I appreciate all the responses.

I just tried to download (8-10-24 11:30) with no luck.

Guess I’ll try calling again Monday.
