One Stock - No Automated quote price

Windows 11, fully patch, Malware Bytes fully up to date, Quicken CDN R56.9 build 27.1.59.9

Not sure when this started. One stock Rogers Sugars had a very strange quote price, I checked ticker symbol and it appeared to have a US Stock (stock is entered as CDN). I went in and edit symbol doing a search and found Rogers Sugar TSE:RSI. Went through process to select but it still won't get an automated quote / amount. Tried forcing an amount, no go, it just keeps what I keyed, tried deleting amount and clicking Update, no go.

Exchange, symbol are correct, Internet up

How about Rogers Sugar Inc. (RSI.TO)

I'm not sure I understand the last couple of sentences. Even if there's no downloading of quotes available you should always be able to enter your own quote either in the Portfolio View or in the Holdings view of the Account in which you own the stock.

Thanks for responding. Yes I can manually enter an amount each day to get revised net worth, I'm just trying to get automated process to work again.

Doesn't seem possible, once you manually enter a price the automation is permanently disabled. Must be considered a "Feature"

What I did to resolve… I opened a backup from the day before to see if the error was present, it wasn't, stock was picking up right CDN symbol. So I restored file and then re-entered missing entries.

Not a fix but a solution is a solution.

    Thanks again.
