Switching money market accounts

Under Prudential I had a balance in Fidelity money market. Now that I have been forced into Empower their money market is Dreyfus. What is the easiest way to switch my balances over to Dreyfus? I'll have to change the amount and the ticker for the money market. Empower does not work with Quicken, so I must do it all manually.

NotACPA

In my retirement accounts, I just carry the cash as CASH, and don't bother with the buys & sells of recording the MMF transactions. Divs still download, and are added to the cash in the account.

Fidelity will, after a purchase in those accounts, send a download of a MMF sale txn, but I just delete that.
