CC-901 error with Citi accounts

For the past 4 days I get a CC-901 error code when synching my accounts. I go through the reauthorization process, Citi acknowledges the reauthorization bu Quicken does not. I have done this sevaral times throughout the 4 day period. How do I fix this?

    @Ibou Have you called Quicken Support? They should know if this is a known issue awaiting resolution by Intuit (Quicken's connectivity provider) or Citi or both, or they should document the errors you're receiving to escalate the issue.

    What connection method are you using & which financial institution did you select from Quicken's list? I'm not having that problem with any of my Citi cards.

    I ended up calling Quicken Support. I disconnected both accounts and the reactivated. It worked but I lost some of my categorizations of charges for one of my credit cards. Not that big of a deal I guess.

    Same for me. Fully disconnected account and connected it again and the problem was solved.
