Expired Membership??

I have Quicken Premier for windows. I typically use it daily on a desk top. Just went on a vacation and took my laptop, Quicken worked fine last year, but now it wants my membership renewed because it "it's expired", however it's good until next year. Had a lot of changes and need to update the file. Ideas?

Even an expired membership, other than Starter Edition, should allow manual input.

SO, on your laptop, please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us the BUILD and Membership Valid Thru info found there.

Also, it says it isn't activated. I click on that and get error err001. this was last used a year ago.

Please try this on your laptop to refresh your Quicken ID from the Quicken server:
• Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
• Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
• Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.
