Edward Jones online account setup
I recently opened 3 Edward Jones accounts, which I can access online. When I try to link the accounts to Quicken, only 1 or the 3 accounts is offered for setup. I did setup that one account. The Edward Jones technical team says the accounts were properly set up by them and that it must be an issue on the Quicken side.
How do I get this resolved?

It looks like Edward Jones supports downloading using Direct Connect or Express Web Connect. How is the one Account that works set up for downloading?
I'd say that generally Direct Connect is broadly considered the better downloading method of the two, so if that one Account is using EWC I'd suggest disconnecting it and trying again using Direct Connect.
Ultimately Official Quicken Support is probably the best approach here for downloading problems if you can't get it to work otherwise.
