Problem synchronizing since October 2023 - persists with new laptop and Windows 11

Longtime Quicken user (1992), currently Quicken Classic Business & Personal, Version R57.26. Problems for MONTHS with Windows 10 laptop trying to synchronize to Cloud, though able to do Backup. I've reviewed blogs and FAQs, can't find solution to synchronizing to the Cloud, continues to freeze and requires ending through Task Manager. I've tried many times to backup, change name/location, deleted all bill pay reminders/future transactions. This week, purchased new laptop with Windows 11 and successfully loaded Quicken and data file. PROBLEMS CONTINUE!!!

Desperate to get this resolved. Any guidance?

    Which cloud? OneDrive? Another automated backup? What's the full path (starting with the drive letter) to your Q data file?

    When is this happening? During backup, or other times?

    Any error messages or codes?

    Have you looked at EDIT, Preferences, Backup to see what those settings are? What are they?
