Cannot add Schwab

I have unable, after numerous attempts, to add my Schwab brokerage account to Quicken Classic. I am running Windows 10 and have all the latest updates. I have checked on the Schwab end and Quicken is authorized to access my account. It seems to go throught the adding account process account fine but nothing ever shows up.

Can anyone help? Thank You!

    "but nothing ever shows up."

Not sure that that means. Where are you in the Tools > Ad Account… process where you expect to see something that's not showing up? Are you getting some sort of error message? Or is the computer/program in some process that never ends? Or something else?

I'm having the same issue. After going through the steps to authorize Quicken's access to my Schwab account, Schwab never shows up in my quicken accounts.

"Schwab never shows up in my quicken accounts."

I'm going to read that as "after authorizing downloads from Schwab into Quicken, the Schwab Accounts are not created in my file."

If that's a correct interpretation, while it would be interesting to know what happens after you complete the authorization - error message?, Quicken closes? Quicken simply puts you back into the file? - I guess the next thing I would try it to create the Accounts as manual Accounts, and then try to set up those Accounts for downloading via Schwab.

Schwab never shows up in my account list hidden or otherwise.

Again, I go thru the process of adding an account, log in to Schwab, I get a screen says taking you back to Quicken, and that's it.

    No error messages.

"Again, I go thru the process of adding an account, log in to Schwab, I get a screen says taking you back to Quicken, and that's it."

Are you actually taken back to Quicken and the Schwab Accounts aren't there? Or do you sit there staring at that "taking you back to Quicken" screen, eventually close that screen on your own, which then puts you back into Quicken, only to find that the Schwab Accounts aren't there?

In either case there's something broken there but it might be relevant to what's broken. Have you tried the suggestion to simply create the Accounts as manual, off line Accounts and then trying to establish downloading?

At this point I'd suggest getting in touch with Official Quicken Support and allow for screen sharing and see if they can suss it out.
