Our teams have discovered an issue with deposits becoming payments in manual accounts. If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the instructions below as a workaround until the issue is resolved.
- Click on "Edit"
- Select "Preferences"
- Go to the "Setup" tab
- If the box for "Use New Subscriber settings for new files, accounts, features" is check, please uncheck it.
- Return to register and try to enter a deposit.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
