On the Main view of the Home screen > Asset Allocation, the Securities are always set to "Include only selected securities". Even after changing it to "Include all securities" it will revert back to the former. The issue this caused was when a new security was added, it was by default deselected in this particular Home Screen's Main View of the Asset Allocation. I was scratching my head for an hour why this view (graphs and values) was not updating after a new security was added until I discovered this. I am on R56.9 but it behaves the same on my 57.26 test setup. This issue only happens on the Home Screen > Main View > Asset Allocation. The reports behave correctly.
Adding: Once you select the individual security, it stays selected (no problem there). The issue is only with the primary two Security settings of Include all vs Include selected.
In summary: Home Screen > Main View > Asset Allocation > Customize this graph > Securities, is always set to "Include only selected securities" and even after it is changed to "Include all securities", the changed value is not maintained and reverts back.
Is my experience unique or are others able to replicate it? Is this the correct behavior? TIA
