Credit Card download

When I download my TD credit card transactions into Quicken the balance is always correct, but the vendors and the amounts are all wrong.

For example, if I spend $5 at Starbucks and $5 at Mcdonald's,Quicken will download with something like $8 at Target and $2 at walmart, both equal to $10.

TD Bank has multiple names in Q, which are you using and what download method are you using?

To see this, do TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Financial Institution" and "Transaction Download" columns respectively. If either isn't showing, it/they can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog.

Thanks. PS.. I made a typo in my original question. I meant to say I'm having trouble downloading TD bank credit card transactions, not checking account.

II used "TD bank online"as the name of the institution and i'm using the one click update

Both Financial Institution and Transaction Download were checked.

The balance Q is showing is correct to the penny (1,135.49), but I have not shopped at any of these stores, and the amounts of the amounts don't match the amounts of the items I did purchase.

Please follow the instructions that I previously gave re: the info I requested. "one click update" is NOT in the "Transactions download" column.

Do you mean "TD Bank Online Banking"? Because there are other names that are also used for TD Bank cards.

And, I'll change you thread title and OP to reflect that you're asking about a card, not checking.

Yes, both Transactions Column and Number of Transactions are showing.

Thank you for changing the thread name. I didn't know how to do it or edit my original post.

PS-I have deleted and added this account several times, using TD Online Banking (which was recommended by the phone support desk, TD Bank, and TD Bank Credit Card. All the same results.
