Please help with deleting the Rental Portion of Business/Rental Software

I have wasted so much time with the (failure) Rental add-on program. I just want to to completely delete it from my computer. I'm trying to just get all the information out of it and move it to just a regular business account, but it seems to keep posting in the little "red house area." UGH!

    There is NO "add-on" program for rental in Q. Rental is an integral part of the "Business and Personal" version of Q.

    Why can't you delete the information from the rental portion? And what's "red house area" … I've never heard of such. Can you provide a graphic?

    And, just to make sure, what Q product are you running … and what RELEASE of that product? This info can be found at HELP, About Quicken.
