Help connecting to Learning Quest accounts

I hold two identical valid Learning Quest Accounts for two children. In Quicken, one shows the correct account amount. The other shows a balance of zero. At the Learning Quest website the accounts are both valid and both have the same balance. What to do in Quicken to correct the error?

What's the Financial Institution name for these accounts? FIDIR.TXT, the Q file that reflects all associated FIs, doesn't contain the work "Learning".

If you do TOOLS, Account List, the FI name as known in Q, will be in the "Financial Institution" column. If that column isn't visible, you can add it via the Options button at the bottom of the dialog.

    Hi @figlio,

Apparently those accounts are with American Century Investments, which should allow for downloads from each account.

For the account that does not correctly download data, I would suggest that you carefully check the account information that you have entered into Quicken, including the account number and password.

Also, since American Century has three different financial institution names in Quicken ("American Century BRS" , "American Century Brokerage", and "American Century Investments") make sure that the account that doesn't download has the correct financial institution name in your Quicken datafile. In other words - double check that the financial institution information for the account that doesn't download is identical to the one that does.

Let me know how that goes.
