Ability to use back mouse button
It would be super useful to have the ability to use the back mouse button when navigating. For example, on the spending dashboard to review categories and detailed transactions, rather than repeatedly having to click the back button in the top-left of the UI, just being able to click the back mouse button similar to navigating a website.
Thanks for your consideration.

I have never seen a mouse with a Back button. What kind is that?
EDIT: turns out my Logitech mouse does perform Back and Forward when moving the mouse wheel left and right. I'd forgotten that! And nope, QWin doesn't respond to them.
My Evoluent keyboard does have Back and Fwd buttons, and QWin doesn't respond to those either.
So I would add to this suggestion that QWin respond to those keyboard keys as well.

@Rocket J Squirrel Even though mice don't have a "labeled" back/forward buttons, it is extremely common to have two buttons that almost every program that has a "Backwards/Forwards" type operation to respond to these buttons. For instance, web browsers (this is my standard way to navigate web pages, I almost never hit the actual back or forward buttons on the web browser).
Note I don't like to use the Logitech driver/software, but if one does use it, they can map these buttons to the hot keys that Quicken responds to.
Back = Alt+Left arrow key, and Forward = Alt+Right arrow key.
EDIT: I was curious of what the how keys are for Back/Forward in the web browser so I just looked on MS Edge and they are Alt+Left arrow key, and Alt+Right arrow key. So, Quicken already has that part of it correct. Evidentially the mouse drivers don't just send these key sequences, there must be another way that is controlled.
