How're you moving forward with your PennyMac account?
Since we were blessed from on-high by PennyMac with breaking our ability to download, how're you moving forward with your PennyMac account in Quicken?
Are you manually entering payments? If so, did you have to recreate your PennyMac account in Quicken?
Are you simply updating the balance as you make loan payments?

I have this same problem - quicken chat (Joshua) simply said to me
"So sorry to know that you're having issues with PennyMac, let me know that the connection with them, we faced this issue and we are still working with them but the connection with Quicken is getting refused."
So at what point does Quicken fix anything? Why are we paying for yearly subscriptions that do not connect to accounts?

Why would you expect Q to fix what PennyMac broke??? By your own quote, PennyMac is refusing the connection. Q can work with PennyMac, but PennyMac has to implement the fix.
