okay first of all.. what is not matching??

Secondly, in the past when I have had these near match and reconciled them, it let me, now it says, this is part of a split and I need to go to the source transaction.. it's not the amount I need to change, and as it is, I have edited the number of shares to match

The “near” is the date. 8/10 vs 8/12.

I’d hope changing the date brings it to a match and eliminates the split issue.

8/10 is a Saturday. Even if you placed the order on 8/10, it wasn't executed until 8/12. Thus, the "Near Match"

That was it, it wanted me to go to the source transaction to change the date. Thanks all!
