OL-293-A Error when trying to connect to RW Baird
Beginning Thursday, August 15, I began receiving an OL-293-A error when trying to update my accounts at RW Baird. This is the first time that I have encountered this problem, in fact the Baird interface has always been very problem free.

@John53 I have the same issue and reached out to and spoke to Baird Online support this morning. I will keep you posted here as things move forward.

I am also having this same issue.

Apparently this is impacting all Baird customers that use the Quicken interface. There is some indication that the problem is the result of a change made by Baird IT. I am hearing that Baird with work each affected customer individually, which makes no sense if we are all receiving the same error code. Having a customer impact problem go on for this long (since Aug 15) makes me question the competence of the Baird IT organization.

@John53 The BOL support rep I spoke to mentioned this was the first she'd heard of the issue, but then again, she doesn't answer every call—who knows how many people have reached out to them directly? Maybe I was the first to do so. I've dealt with their IT team on more than a few occasions and have found them to be quite competent and helpful, though your first-hand experience may be different. I will update here when I get any news.

@John53 @FrancineO Good news. I just tried to download from Baird and it worked as expected. Looks like the issue is fixed.
