quicken for windows still does not save my download update settings

Question

This issue has been posted many times since about 2022. When will it be fixed. I choose update, and everytime I have to open settings, click all, and then it downloads my accounts. But it will not save this choice, even when I click on apply. Why not? It used to do this, and I am still using the same windows laptop as then.

If it was the software, why am I not seeing same, and why is this site not LIT UP with the error???

as i said, same laptop, but it stopped saving the settings after some change to the quicken software. happy to fix any setting but have not found any info on how to do that.

This is a user-to-user website.  Have you contacted Q  Support, via the link at the top of this page, about the issue?

Because it sounds like a setting on your laptop is causing the settings to not be saved.
