How can I change the website Quicken uses to connect to my Ann Taylor Card?
Quicken cannot connect my Ann Taylor credit card (this is the store card, not the Mastercard).
When I try to set it up as a new account the website that Quicken has stored is www.anntaylor.com. However, the Ann Taylor credit card website is d.comenity.net/anntaylor and I can't find any way to change the website the Quicken uses to login and setup online access.

Try setting it up as the Ann Taylor mastercard since that uses comenity.net, and see if it recognizes your number. As many stores are getting out of the credit card business and shifting to big bank cards, Quicken has a hard time keeping up with the changes.

When you try to set up the account for downloading via Ann Taylor Credit Card are you getting an error code and/or message? If so, what is that?
Regarding the URL…FYI: The URL we see in Quicken is for user reference only. That website is listed because that is the the financial institution wants us to see and be taken to when we click on it, perhaps as a marketing ploy trying to get us to do some impulse buying there.
There is nothing we can do to change that URL. Nor can Quicken Inc. change it. It is controlled by the contract the financial institution has with the aggregator (Intuit) so if you want it changed you will need to contact Ann Taylor and request that they work with Intuit to change it.
But that URL you want is already included in the FIDIR List. The FIDIR.txt file lists every financial institution that supports Quicken, the types of accounts they support for downloading and the connection methods they support. Essentially, the FIDIR List is what controls Add Account. Here is what the FIDIR List shows for Ann Taylor (the store card, not the MasterCard)…note that the URL you want (in bold italics) is already included in it.:
58671 58671 58671 Ann Taylor Credit Card https://www.anntaylor.com 1-800-373-7722 https://d.comenity.net/anntaylor/ ACTIVE CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT NOT_QBP NA
That all being said, this is an EWC connection so our Quicken software does not ever connect with the financial institution at all. Instead, we enter our login information during Add Account and that information is saved in the Quicken ID Cloud Account. The aggregator then uses that login in setting up the download connection for us. Once set up, the aggregator will connect with the financial institution (usually at night when we are asleep) to download new transactions which are then saved on the aggregator's server waiting for us to run OSU. When we run OSU, we are downloading from the aggregator's server, not the financial institution's server.
The bottom line is that we really have no idea of how the aggregator connects with the financial institution other than we know they do it differently from how we log into our online account. So, changing the FIDIR listing to change that first URL in it will have no impact on how we can or cannot set up the financial institution for downloading.
That brings us back to the initial questions asked: Are you getting an error code and/or message? If so, what are they?

When I enter my user name and password Quicken tells me it was incorrect. I double checked and even logged in to the comenity website to make sure my user name and password were correct. Yet every time I try to set up online services I get a message that I am inputting incorrect credentials.

Do you have any special characters in your PW? Some special characters cannot be used in Quicken. This Support Articles provides information on that in reference to PW Vault but perhaps that also applies to EWC connections.:
.
Did you try setting up the account via the Ann Taylor Master Card financial institution as was suggested by @irasend1 above?
Another option you might want to try setting up with is Sychrony Bank Credit Cards.

Do you have any special characters in your PW?
-Nothing that is different from the 12 other accounts that Quicken downloads every day.
Did you try setting up the account via the Ann Taylor Master Card?
-Yes and it didn't work. I do not have an Ann Taylor Mastercard, I am talking about the store credit card.

-Did not work either

Hmmm. Only other thing I would consider is to change your username and password with Ann Taylor once again, give that a day or two to make sure it's in the system, then try again in Quicken, again making sure that if you copy and paste, an extra blank space was not added either before or after your username or password. If that doesn't work, you may need to call Quicken's help number and have them start a problem ticket. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

So, that was actually the first thing I tried
