Quicken and PNC
Anyone else having issues lately with PNC transactions simply not showing/downloading? I've contacted Quicken three times now and they keep putting band-aids on it, it works for a day and then stops again. I ended up finding out my buddy is also having issues with his Quicken and PNC. So that just seemed fishy.

I too was having problems downloading from PNC. I deleted one account, but when I re-added it to Quicken, it only restored 90 days of transactions. I had to restore from a backup I had. It's now working, but getting this screen after downloading:
It always displayed more verbiage. Is there a Quicken setting I'm missing?

It blows my mind how Quicken isn't able to provide any help! They literally say deactivate, reactivate, delete, re-add……I've done it, it works for 10 minutes and then stops working. Like yeah, I want to do this every couple of days just to get my transactions! FIX YOUR SOFTWARE, people rely on it

@Sean Scarmack & @Eaglesfansurfin - Are you sure your PNC accounts are set up with the correct Add Account connections? The issues you are describing could be the result of being set up with the wrong Add Account connection. You might want click on the following link to view my 8/14/2024 post regarding this: Re: PNC Download Missing Transactions. There is also information in there about how to set up a Direct Connect connection with PNC….DC is the most reliable of the various connection methods and has been pretty trouble-free for me.
