Checking Account Balance incorrect

I just went through my last years credit card statement to correctly balance credit card transfers that were either duplicated or incorrectly linked and now my checking account balance is horribly off. Like over $10K. It was balanced before, even thought there were duplicates and some transactions were not correctly logged.

Have you looked for duplicates, or missing txn, in that checking account?

When was the last time that you successfully reconciled the account?

Have you tried restoring, to a different name so as to not overwrite the current file, a backup that was taken before this happened and checked the Opening Balance in that account in the restored file to see if the OB in the current file was changed?
