How can I leave a linked checking accounting out of spending tracking?

I have 2 separate checking accounts and a CC with the same bank and all linked in Quicken. I only want to track my spending with one checking account and the credit card. How do I leave out the other one when running reports?

In that Spending report, click the GEAR icon in the upper right of the report header to select the accounts to include/exclude.

You'll need to do this for each report where you want to exclude that account.
