I had no trouble at all setting this security up in a test file. Regular Tools > Security List >Add Security > type in LGRCX.
Of course I don't have LGRCX so I can't download actual transactions. Typically when Quicken encounters a new security that it doesn't recognize it asks you if this is really an existing security or a new security, and that's what I'd expect should be happening here. If you look at the details of the security it should have a CUSIP ID under in Additional Security Information. That CUSIP ID should be populated by the broker with the first download. Is that field filled in?
Loomis Sayles Large Cap Growth Trust Class C
Wondering if anyone setup a security for the Loomis Sayles Large Cap Growth Trust Class C mutual fund and how they went about doing so.
When I download the transactions from my company assigned provider Quicken does not recognize the security.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
