Who's to blame for us not being able to connect to Goldman Sachs for our Apple Card accounts?

Does anybody know why we can't create an account for an Apple Card so we can download transactions from Goldman Sachs? Is Goldman the problem or Apple? It seems you can do this for every other credit card in the world, but not the Apple Card. That's very odd to me.

Also, as an FYI: In order for a financial institution to be able to download into Quicken, that financial institution must first enter into a contract with the aggregator (Intuit) to get added to the FIDIR List which identifies which financial institutions support Quicken, which types of accounts they support download for and which download connection method(s) they support. When a financial institution cannot be downloaded into Quicken it means they have not entered into that contract. The financial institution owns that. There is nothing that the aggregator nor Quicken can do to add a financial institution that does not want to enter into that contract.
