Two of my accounts are "deactivated", how do I re-activate them. The Add Account page is blank.
All of a sudden two of my bank accounts (same bank) have been deactivated. I try to re-activate them but the 'Add Account" page comes up gray and I am unable to do this.

What's the name of the bank?
Did they recently convert to a new computer system under a new name? If so, did you get instructions from the bank, delivered to you via email or a special webpage at the bank's website?0 -
It is TD Bank and I didn't receive any notice about the bank's website changing. I even tried downloading directly from the bank's site, and it still didn't work. It is really frustrating. Thanks.

As an outsider, and not having any TD Bank accounts myself, I have no up-to-date information on what's going on.
You may want to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation to hear if they have any better information.
